The Northern Alaska Aviation Symposium, Inc. is pleased to present Aviation
North Expo 2008, October 16-18, once again at the Fairbanks Princess
Riverside Lodge.
As always, we are striving to attract a statewide aviation
audience to promote general aviation in ALL of Alaska.
The event is in its 8th year as an integrated three-day conference and
trade show, and annually attracts over 350 committed aviation participants.
From pilots to mechanics and airport managers, this event is an essential
education event, and an integral marketing and networking opportunity.
Your company or organization is invited to participate in this unique

EXHIBITOR RECEPTION:
An exhibitor reception will be held in the exhibit hall on Thursday evening
from 5pm to 7pm. Meet the attendees of the Aviation Maintenance Workshop
and network with other exhibitors. If you would like to help sponsor
this event call (877) 427-5599.
BOOTH FEE:
$450. Additional booths are available to the same vendor for $350 each.
First come; first served. Every effort will be made to accommodate your
first choice! A $100.00 deposit made at time of reservation will hold
your booth space choice.
Exhibit Space INCLUDES:
• skirted 6’x 30” table & two chairs
• booth sign and name badges
• two conference registrations
• two tickets to the Exhibitor Reception Thursday night,
• one ticket to the ANE Awards Banquet on Friday night
• listing and short description of your company in program & on website.
MOVE-IN /OUT:
All move-in will be done through the door to the Edgewater Room on the
north side of the hotel. All exhibits must remain set up until the Saturday,
5:00 p.m. closing time.
CLEANING:
ANE will arrange for sweeping of the aisles. Exhibitors must keep their
spaces clean and the exhibits in good order. Set trash in the aisle after
closing each evening. No one will enter your booth to collect the trash.
SECURITY:
We will provide the tightest security possible for the protection of
your exhibit properties. However, the event managers, facility and their
insurance companies will not be liable for losses of any kind. We recommend
that all exhibitors contact their insurance agents to confirm proper
coverage of exhibit materials.
MISCELLANEOUS:
No smoking is allowed in the building. All decorations used in your booth
