Trade Show While seminars and workshops are the meat of the event, the Trade Show is the gathering place where participants and exhibitors mingle and exchange information on a one-on-one basis. This is the chance to ask questions, see aviation products, and get down to business. The Trade Show opens with an Exhibitor Reception on Thursday evening, right after the last seminar of the day. Cost for the exhibitor reception is $15. This event is held at 5:00 pm in the Edgewater Room at the Princess Riverside.
